A few fun but no so popular sports in Bulgaria
Sport is health and its benefits are comparatively more than its disadvantages. The reason I write this article is that there are many interesting types of sports that even do not pay attention to. One day my company started practicing Ultimey Frisbee, they were the first team for our country, but one of the few in the world. This is the main reason to think about how many and different types of sports are not popular in our country for one reason or another.
- Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate Frisbee is a collective, non-contact sport featuring a flying disc (Frisbee) on a 100 m long terrain and 37 m wide. It is played by two teams with 7 people, points being scored when the disc is submitted to a teammate in the final zone of the opposing team. Part of the fundamental rules are that the player holding the disk has no right to move, but is free to hand over to each of his teammates within the playing field. Crossed passes and unfulfilled passes lead to loss of the disk by the attacking team and it is taken by the opposing team.
- The petanque
The petanque is played on a rectangular 5-m-15-foot site and a solid sandy or slaty pavement. It uses balls of special metal alloy that weigh from 600 to 800 g and their diameter is about 70 mm. It can be played individually, in pairs or trikes, playing classically in triplets. At the beginning of the game, draw lots which team will start first. Another rule to determine the order of throw is that the game begins the one that has cast the closest to the outline of the pitch (without touching it). The player who starts first draws a circle at the top of the pitch where everyone else throws. From it a small wooden ball is cast, which is called a box (literally piggy). The box must be thrown at least 5 meters from the starting round. The position that players throw can change during the game after the order is complete. Keep a minimum distance of 5 meters between the position of the participants and the box-mantle. The team throws their balls with the aim of throwing as close as possible to a basket. He always throws this team, whose ball position is farther away than a basket. If one team throws very close to a basket, the other can hit and push the ball. You can also hit the box itself, changing the location of the other balls to the costume. When both teams throw their balls, the points begin to count. Each ball carries 1 point, with points winning this team with balls closer to the basket. Assign as many points as the balls are closest to the pants compared to the best throw of the opponent. It is played as long as one team picks up 13 points and wins the match.
Poochastik reminds me of a game that we called boats, it was about letting the leaves of wood or sticks and seeing in a hut and seeing who finishes first. The idea of the puhstix is the same. The game is for two or more players. From a bridge each player releases his own stick and the one who finishes first is the winner. All participants must roll their sticks at the same time as a signal is given. The only condition is that the rods are made of natural materials.
Fingerhakеln is a traditional finger-playing game played in Germany. Two opponents sit against each other at a table, put their finger in a leather strap and start pulling over the middle line of the table. By physical force, overcoming the pain of tension and the technique, the opponent can be defeated. The opponents usually hook their middle fingers in the strap, but generally each finger is allowed (except for the thumb). technique, the opponent can be defeated. The opponents usually hook their middle fingers in the strap, but generally each finger is allowed (except for the thumb). The stalks are (about 10 cm thick and 6 to 8 mm thick), the table (height 79 cm, width 74 cm and length 109 cm), chair (40 x 40 cm, height 48 cm) and distance between the centerline and the lateral lines are standardized 32 cm. The winner is the one who can pull the opponent.
- The ostrich ride
The ostrich ride is a very interesting sport. Here, again, the racers are stalking the animals that will compete, but there is one problem. Ostrichs do not like riding, literally throwing players behind their backs shortly after the start of the race, and for this reason the birds finish finishing themselves. Typically, this great bird rains at 43 miles per hour (70 km per hour) and the fall at such a speed is not one of the most enjoyable experiences. Then let them say that these birds had a brain smaller than their eye.
We hope this information was interesting to you!
