1. Statutory Provisions & Operator
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the contractual relationship, rights, and obligations between the service provider and the users of the mobile application ZDrive App All In One (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").

2. Scope of Services
The ZDrive App All In One is a multi-functional digital platform operating within the Czech Republic that aggregates and facilitates the following specific services:
• Taxi Services: On-demand urban passenger transport.
• Carpooling (Spolujízda): Peer-to-peer ride-sharing between independent drivers and passengers.
• Food Delivery: Ordering and delivery of food and beverages from partner restaurants.
• Parcel Delivery: On-demand courier services for small to medium-sized packages.
• Moving Services (Stěhování): Transport and relocation of large items, furniture, or household goods.
The Operator acts as an intermediary digital platform connecting users (customers) with independent drivers, couriers, and partner providers (collectively referred to as "Partners"), except where explicitly stated that the service is provided directly by the Operator.
3. Service-Specific Rules & Liabilities3.1 Taxi & CarpoolingTaxi Regulations:
All taxi rides booked via the platform comply with Act No. 111/1994 Coll., on Road Transport. Fares are calculated transparently inside the Application prior to the trip.
3.2 Food & Parcel DeliveryAge-Restricted Goods: If a food or parcel delivery includes alcohol, tobacco products, or other age-restricted items under Czech law, the delivery will only be handed over after the recipient verifies their age (18+) via a valid ID.
Prohibited Cargo: Users may not use the Parcel Delivery service to transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, or items exceeding the platform's weight/size limitations.
3.3 Moving Services (Stěhování)
• Preparation: Users must ensure that items intended for moving are safely packed, accessible, and do not violate safety standards.
• Value Declaration: Users must declare any fragile or high-value items beforehand. Liability for damages during moving services is governed by the specific insurance policy tier selected during booking.
4. User Accounts & RegistrationAccuracy:
Users must provide accurate, true, and complete data (including phone number and payment details) during registration.Security: Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.Account Termination: The Operator reserves the right to block or delete accounts that violate Czech law, public morals, cause financial fraud, or violate these Terms.
5. Payment Terms, Pricing & Billing
• Pricing: All fees, dynamic surge pricing (if applicable), and delivery surcharges are clearly stated inside the Application before confirmation.
Currency: Payments are processed primarily in Czech Koruna (CZK).
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card integrated into the App, digital wallets, or other options authorized by the platform.
Invoicing: Invoices and receipts matching DIČ 6803222602 will be issued electronically and made available in the Application or sent via email.
6. Consumer Rights & Cancellation (Odstoupení od smlouvy)
• Immediate Services: If the user requests an immediate service (e.g., an instant taxi ride or immediate preparation of a food order), they acknowledge that under Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.), they lose their standard 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or preparation has begun.
Cancellation Fees: If a user cancels a taxi, delivery, or moving service after a Partner has already accepted and dispatched to the location, a designated cancellation fee will be charged to cover the Partner's costs.
7.Limitation of Liability
• App Availability: The Operator does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability of the Application due to potential server maintenance or telecom infrastructure failures.
• Third-Party Actions: The Operator acts primarily as an intermediary platform and is not liable for the direct conduct, traffic delays, delays in food preparation by restaurants, or behavioral disputes between passengers and Partners.
8. Intellectual PropertyOwnership:
All software, code, algorithms, interface designs, text, graphics, and trade symbols inside the ZDrive App All In One remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator.Restrictions: Users may not reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or scrape data from the Application without written consent.
9.Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If a consumer dispute arises that cannot be settled directly:
• The consumer has the right to file a request for out-of-court settlement with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce - ČOI).

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any legal disputes will be settled by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
